Called to collect an order I had placed online for click and collect. Whilst it wasn?t ready for me they quickly put the order together so I did not have to wait to long. Overall was a good experience.

Simon was their five stars today. He thought nothing of getting my elderly mum some water. He kept communication with other staff members, without looking flustered, was on paint mix, then on tills, then on floor duties in a fairly busy store. Make sure he gets some recognition

Today I was helped by Sophie? I wasn?t looking forward to having to ask for help regarding purchasing compost my last experience was with a male employee whose attitude was take it or leave it - I left it!

I would give 0 stars but it?s not possible where do I start so they never has what you need in stock always fulfilled by some random store so the chances of you getting what you need is 0 it?s all online overpriced crap and unreliable use Toolstation if you?re based in newton abbot

Went there today to buy some fence paint, but I couldn't see what I wanted, a very helpful member of staff called Danny saw I was having trouble and came and helped me, he found the paint I wanted and was very pleasant. Thanks to Danny ?

The staff here would rather to talk to colleagues while you stuggle to find/ask about products amongst them hogging the isles. This is 3rd seperate time recently I have experienced this. Seems now it is self serve they have little to do but chat to each other?
