Unbelievable service in the ATS branch in Newton Abbot. I had a screw in my tyre which couldn?t be replaced. They ordered a new tyre in and got it replaced very quickly and efficiently. Couldn?t ask for better service. Thank you for all your help!

Hit a pot hole on a dual carriageway today popped in to see if they could check the wheel balance for meThe guys went out of their way to check the car balanced the two wheels as best as they could 100% better than it was as both are buckledthen wouldn?t take and moneyExceptional old fashioned service can?t fault them

Not at all happy. Euromaster is on a very busy road, double yellow lines. No where to stop and wait.The gate only opens at 08:30 spot on the time Euromaster opens. Who can be so precise with getting there. The lights in the office were on already. The gate should be opened by 08:00 so people can park up and wait for the office to open.Will not use again, instead go to KwikFit or National which are on the same road and have easy off road parking.

What a terrible rude man the receptionist is. I have been using this ats for at least 10 yes and have never met a moreobnoxious receptionist. I will never again use this place. The other staff are so helpful I must add.

Had a tyre put on, the job was done quickly and it seemed to be fine, customer service needs a bit of attention.

Top guys & very trustworthy. Had an issue with the emissions on my MOT, advised what to do to get the emissions back to levels to pass and retested a week later, with a pass. Very happy customer, see you next time with the new car ?? (blue fiesta man)

Called in 16/2/23 to see if they could do my Mercedes tracking, took the car straight away up on ramp.Sat in their comfortable waiting room and the fitter came in and said all was OK it didn't need doing so no charge, excellent service and honesty

Staff were ok, prices are average, but they didn't stock a single tyre in the size I needed. It's only a Mondeo, not exactly exotic.
