We were looking for somewhere for morning coffee and we decided to try this place out. It was a Monday morning in June and it was doing a roaring trade. Luckily we grabbed one of the remaining tables outside on the terrace in full sun. I then joined a sizeable queue and ordered our coffees at the window of a small kiosk here. Eventually I got to place my order and was given a small electronic beeper thing. It finally beeped and vibrated telling me that I could pick up our ordered coffees. Here they are served in those horrible cardboard throw away cups. Ugh. But at least the coffee was excellent and we whiled away a good half an hour or so people watching.

While the food was enjoyable, a significant concern exists regarding the presence of wasps, and it appears there is a lack of effective management to address this issue. It is advisable to consider alternative establishments if you are sensitive to wasps or prefer to avoid insects contaminating your food and beverages. Regrettably, a purchase totaling £10.70 was rendered unusable, as it was impossible to consume any portion of the order or even approach a staff member due to the pervasive wasp infestation.

What a cute little place that we stumbled upon, whilst seeking out some shelter from a heavy shower. A lovely couple of cappuccinos and a warm cinnamon bun was had, whilst we waited for the rain to pass-by.

Overpriced for what you get, ordered jacket potato with tuna and cheese, dry jacket potato and if I blinked I would have missed the cheese and for £8.50 couldn?t you have stretched to a bit of side salad!! Disappointed as lovely location but food lets it down.

We just wanted ice creams and were drawn to the lovely garden area. It was very busy, always a good sign and icecream was delicious, with such a pretty place to sit and eat if if you choose to.

First time visiting Lynmouth, wanted an ice cream and this place wasn't that busy. Large eating area outside and lovely flowers. Had a heavenly chocolate and my partner had the banana. Chocolate was just ok but did like the chocolate bits. The banana was lovely.

Came to visit the area for a day and popped here for lunch.
Menu very limited ingredient wise but had a lovely tuna jacket potato.
Eating area spotlessly clean and well maintained.
Not that keen on the amount of throw away plates etc, although compostable.
Business owners were ensuring tables were cleaned down quickly for next customers.

Very disappointing food. Stopped off for a quick sandwich with friends. Asked for egg mayo on white - they had ran out of both the filling and white bread (by 12.30) which is never a good sign. Went for cheese and relish on brown. The bread was dry and there was the tiniest sprinkling of grated cheese inside - really disappointing. I would not eat here again, especially given the huge range of amazing places to eat in both Lynmouth and Lynton.

Small little place offering various hot and cold food and drink. (Great pasty). Very friendly staff. Would recommend going here for a quick snack! Nice little pergola with enough tables to sit down.

Beautiful garden to sit and enjoy at a leisurely pace, coffee was spot on and a good amount compared to other places in lynmouth. Would definitely recommend, the queue to be served speaks for itself! If there?s a queue you know it?s good !!!!
Kid-friendliness: Perfect if youve got children as plenty of room for buggy?s

Woman serving completely out of her depth and totally lost, terrible service, likes to argue when wrong, pathetic ice cream portions and insanity prices.
People are not stupid, get with the programme, greed is why your cafe is empty.
Avoid at all costs.
Less than a teaspoon of cream.
Less than a teaspoon of cheap jam to go on the stale scone.
Yes I do leave a review for mean pennypinchers especially arrogant owners.
Read your other 1 star reviews.
By the way I don't drink.
Hello Sharp guess what.
I'm a real boy the same age as you Grammar school education the same as you.
The difference is simple your a bully to your customers and your rip off prices are only matched by the feeble portions.
Reported for accusing me of being a fake account.

An absolute nightmare trying to get served! A young assistant who wasn't allowed to handle payments and a doddery older woman who didn't know what she was doing! Didn't seem to understand orders and was patronising and rude to customers. Gave me a right telling off for having the nerve to order a coffee at 4pm as 'they were closed'. Made a huge fuss making 2 hot chocolates for another customer at the same time. Tiny coffee cup and tasteless coffee. Long queues. Avoid!

Popping in for a quick lunch staff were friendly and chatty and service was efficient. Would recommend smaller kids sandwiches. No issues with food quality or price it was averagely priced. Dog friendly and the garden is nice too all well maintained. Only reason it didn't get 5 stars was because the plastic garden chairs
