Visited this week and it was generally a nice pub with a good atmosphere. Had a meal and a few drinks. Didn't occur to me until after we left the pub that the onion rings that were part of the 'Chicken Feast' were missing. Perhaps they had run but would have been nice to have been offered something else.

Ate here last night after it being recommended. Food was lovely, plenty of meat in the pie and a great lasagne. Real ales are top notch and the 2 cocktail deal is really good value. Barstaff and owner were really friendly. Will certainly be back ourselves and are also booking a table for 2 weeks time when friends visit.... read full comment
