Attended today with my grandad, who after a short stay in hospital has lost weight and required a few links taken out of his watch. Brandon (Manager), shocked my 102 year old Grandad when it came to pay, refusing to take his money. Incredible service and a fantastic touch of class from Brandon.

Very very very helpful 100%. 300 miles from home and sorted out a dead key battery within minutes of entering the shop. Very friendly and super fast service. Thank you again for the help.

The key they cut did not work as the wrong blank had been used. As a result I got locked out and had to climb a ladder and get back into the house through a bedroom window. Fortunately the replacement key from them did work.

I went in here for a watch strap and pins for my watch I was told straps start from £19.99 ok a bit expensive and the pins was also £19.99 what really needless to say I came away not buying anything so my advice would be DON'T go there I certainly will not be going again
