my food was slimy and tasteless. the chips were harder than Mike Tyson.the house special is disgusting. has the China house got new owners. I'll never order for them again. the food should come not for human consumption

Probably the worst cooked, blandest, least authentic Chinese meal I?ve ever had from a restaurant?.nothing we had was any better, if not worse, than what you would get in a supermarket!

Ordered 2 special chow meins and sweet n sour chicken balls. Can't fault it at all. The delivery driver was lovely too. Food was incredibly hot considering it came from Kingsteignton to Newton Abbot. Excellent meal all round. Will definitely recommend. Thank you.

Sent the wrong food, then had sold out of the food we had ordered, a complete lie so that they wouldn't have to deliver the correct food. Avoid this place!

We had 1/2 crispy duck and pancakes and it was AWFUL. The duck meat comes in a small box already shredded and it was 50% fat. It definitely wasn?t the amount you get when you have a 1/2 duck on the bone. It was over priced and certainly not worth it. We won?t be visiting again.

This is the *only* Chinese take away we ever use. They don't deliver but it's well worth going there to collect because the food is always amazing, fresh & far less greasy than many other take aways. We've tried crispy duck, sweet & sour prawn balls, egg fried rice, chow mein & they're also really good at catering for vegans if you ask (satay bean curd and salt and chilli bean curd are amazing)

We have tried all the Chinese in Newton, Chudleigh and Kingsteignton....China House is the best. The food is not too salty, portions are generous and they never disappoint.

First time that I?ve tried this place , the whole experience was brilliant, ordering, collection bang on time , and the food was amazing , definitely be going back to have what my sister had , loved mine but tried hers and it was delicious too, we couldn?t eat it all as there was so much !!
