1 Male member of staff on duty. When asked where we could find 7ltr shredder as advertised by WH Smith online, which we had seen that day were told "just sold last one". I couldn't stop from laughing out loud as on-route to this shop, my husband had joked we'll most probably be told just sold last one. We located one ourselves on a shelf at the back of the shop. We did not purchase. The only member of staff clearly couldn't be asked to assist, totally ignored us from the onset. Customers who needs them???? Well this shop desperately needs them. We visited today approximately 4.50pm it was empty and a member of staff who had clearly finished for the day. We will not be visiting again.

We visited WH Smiths in Kingsbridge yesterday. Kathy went out of her way to help us out. Thank you, Kathy, for your amazing service!

Marks required, with a one-way system in the store. It seems short-staffed but it seems to follow guidelines. Distancing can seem hard at times, especially with the small checkout area
