They are a fantastic example of how a local high street retailer can compete with the might of the online world and beat them - they have a great product range, highly competitive prices, outstanding staff both in the shop and their delivery team. Steve Wrenall and Fabian offer excellent customer care. Superb quality beds and furniture combined with an efficient friendly delivery service. This, to my mind, sets Betteridge miles apart from their competitors

We purchased a VI sprung bed just before Christmas and the service from start to finish was fantastic. We live in a very tricky location for delivery but no issue to them they set the new bed up and took the old one away. Excellent service would definitely use in the future
