We popped in this morning to get some information about purchasing a new washing machine after ours broke at the weekend!Colin the sales assistant approached us straight away and was very friendly and helpful. He quickly gave us 2 options that ticked all our boxes. We decided on the one we saw on display in the shop - a very quick and easy transaction and the machine is being delivered to our home the same week!Fantastic service, and we are glad to have supported a local business!Thankyou Beacon - Georgia & James Smaridge

Bought a Bosch fridge freezer, good price and everyone involved in the sale and delivery of the appliance was helpful and friendly.Nice friendly atmosphere in the shop, even when they are busy they take the time to make sure you get the best service.Highly recommended.

Great customer service. Purchased vacuum and tumble dryer. Martin and George respectively were very informative and knowledgeable regarding the products. They were also courteous and friendly. Would highly recommend you visit this shop for all your electrical goods as the prices were also very competitive.

Excellent service: we went in and George and Cavan were very welcoming and helped us to choose a washer a dryer and a fridge. When we explained we wanted quick delivery. They juggled the rotors round and put themselves out to deliver first thing next morning. Great service and competitive prices from a local supplier. What more could you want!

Beacon Electrical in Totnes is a great shop with a huge selection of products because it?s part of Euronics. We bought a fabulous range from them which was delivered and fitted perfectly. Great! Highly recommended.

Got a new TV from these guys about a year ago and unfortunately the panel died after around 11 months, went back into the store and could not have received better customer service, TV was repaired by Samsung 10 days later and they even offered me a loaner until the repair was completed.Tops Lads, super helpful prices not bad either would highly recommend.

Paul & Ben both extremely helpful with purchasing a new Samsung 50" TV at a good, competitive price.We needed a replacement urgently as my husband is poorly and cannot get out, so the TV is so very important at the moment. I cannot praise them enough - so fantastic to have such friendly, knowledgeable, efficient staff in a local shop to advise and help. They also arranged a quick delivery, installation and removal of our old TV, a bonus as I have arthritis and would not manage on my own.Thank you so much!
