Called on a Saturday morning with a stud in a tyre, not a single vehicle in any bays and told that they were too busy to even take a look, went to the Suzuki dealership next door and even though they were very busy with all bays full the fixed my tyre in 45mins.I?ll make a point of never giving my custom to ATS again.

I had a problem with my brakes when I arrived on holiday near Kingsbridge. The guys at ATS were fantastic - I was very anxious about driving. They had the parts ordered before I'd left the garage despite being incredibly busy. By the afternoon, the pads and discs were replaced. I can't recommend them enough. Polite, helpful, extremely efficient, overall amazing. Thank you.

Recently hit a pothole and having no spare tyre. Limped into ATS on Monday. The staff were extremely busy. But the chap on reception made every effort to ensure me being able to continue my 200 mile onward journey. Excellent customer service. Can't thank them enough.

Called in for a simple wheel change. Very efficient mechanic and his work was double checked by the manager using a torque wrench. Never seen one used in a tyre bay before. Excellent. PS if you don't know what a torque wrench is, it's a very Good Thing!
