Best breakfast in Salcombe. And you get your coffee for free. Not a fan of the chinese tat they sell but the local produce butcher and cider is quality ?4stars as the place needs some improvement here and there

The vegan options and gluten-free versions of the different breakfasts are delicious and they served by friendly welcoming staff. The cafe is particularly popular after the Bolberry Down 5K run on Saturdays. A great local resource. More gluten-free cakes please!

Ashbys of Salcombe has a farm shop, butchery, café, garden centre and outdoor leisure store. The farm shop and butchery specialise in local produce from devon and the southwest. With fresh meat, veg, dairy, bread and drinks. The café again has a menu derived from local produce such a local dexter beef and Salcombe crab. It also supplies locally made alcoholic and soft drinks, teas and barrista coffee. It has spectacular views over the South Hams (see our website for serving times). The garden centre section covers all the basis needed to keep your garden in tip top condition. Finally the leisure store covers not only caravanning and camping but also wetsuits, watersports and beach gear. Everything from a pair of sunglasses to water skis.
