Defensive desk staff when I went in to collect something that wasn't re-delivered.Amazon has a contract with Royal Mail and they updated me with communication that stated that redelivery would be attempted the next day, yet Royal Mail just attempted to deliver once and it sits in their holding bay until collection by the customer, who is expecting redelivery.Who is at fault? Amazon or Royal Mail?Suggested to defensive desk staff, to save stress at the desk with annoyed customers, that he reports the issue to Amazon and sorts out the communication issue and they check the scope of their contract agreement.Fell on deaf ears.Enjoy the desk stres if you're not going to attempt to resolve a recurring problem. It is NOT the customers responsibility to sort that out.

Very unreliable and unhelpful whenever we have had delivery/mail. Our post lady has withheld our mail for over a month (with important notifications from the beginning of November). I appreciate there are strikes but this not on. We have received our mail today which has arrived bent and dirty. I always try and update my delivery status for parcels, when I am actually notified they are being delivered and when I don?t, I always get grief off said post lady. I have notified her of my safe place and updated the Royal Mail website numerous occasions, but get ignored constantly. I am disgusted at the poor customer service and the treatment whenever we actually get our mail.

Card through the letterbox- no reference, therefore I can?t organise a re delivery. Opening hours are incredibly limited and during working hours. Went down to get it today and of course they are on strike. Unhelpful all round thanks!

1st time that I had prepaid a parcel, I was a bit confused on what I was supposed to do, so I called the office. Very helpful service, told me what to do .

Royal Mail Collection Centre for the area. Sometimes the service is a little slow. Generally don't check ID if you have the card.

31 december ,i was very disappointed with the service today,i understand it is new years eve,went to you sorting office at 1715pm,there were about 20 people there waiting to pick up there parcels,it said normal hours working,i would have understood if there was a notice saying closed but nothing,so there were alot of unhappy people,all it took was a notice instead of spending 20 minutes in the cold,happy new year.
