Car park is in a really shocking condition full of deep potholes (I believe it damaged my car suspension). Only take two yodel parcels when other places don't have a limit. Complete madness in the day and age of ebay. Pointless rules for the sake of rules. Rude staff. Avoid!

The team in here are always so cheerful and competant, having somebody on the till at all times, makes a huge difference to the competitor who often are too busy to serve you, then appear begrudgingly. This is a proper little convenience store, doesn't sell everything but you get to know what it does. Well done team !

Expensive and some of the staff are extremely rude.
One member of staff in particular acts as though every customer is an inconvenience. One time they said they couldn?t serve me and told me to come back later as they were busy putting out newspapers.
Avoid. The Tesco right next door is cheaper. If you want to post parcels it?s not worth the rude attitude like you?re an inconvenience. Conveniently , their system for this is always offline anyway. There is a better place to do that in Plympton that won?t treat you with disdain.

Staff are friendly and helpful.
However the premises and equipment are poorly maintained.
2 of the chillers are not working and have not been for some time. With the hot weather it would be nice to be able to buy a cold drink.
Please sort this asap .
The car park is appalling with very uneven surface. This is a health &safety issue for older and disabled customers especially.

Don?t bother if you?re looking to post parcels. Went in there yesterday at 9:10am, was told ?nah, not today. Maybe tomorrow.? By the most rudest, incompetent staff member I?ve ever seen in my life. It was one parcel, and they just couldn?t be bothered. I would never use this shop, this isn?t the first time this has happened either. You really need to take yodel off your services. Waste of time and energy. Don?t waste your fuel and go somewhere else.

If I could mark lower I would. Now I've seen other reviews the same. The staff are rude and yodel service there's a joke getting fed up with refusing to take parcel. Same as one person below commented, had one small clothes parcel refuse. As they say they've have too many, when you see the small pile behind the counter. Unfortunately we haven't got a local posting service and have to worst the journey to this useless rude place!!!!! .....

Made to feel welcome during a late night shop for milk. Friendly female staff member on the tills. I read the reviews before going so was expecting a miserable welcome but it was totally the opposite. Great range of products too and we?ll set out.

Disgusting attitude - told at 9.45pm the sales assistant said she wasn?t going to scan parcels at that time of night - both assistants very rude and covered name badges when I asked for names to make a complaint - shocking service - was told not to come back to the shop again because I wanted to make a complaint against them

Sunday afternoon I tried to drop off a Yodel parcel and was refused by the lady sale assistant as they had too many and to return the next afternoon. I couldn't do this so I had to drive to Plympton. The parcel contained a piece of clothing so wasn't large. Why advertise a service if you are unable to deliver and really would it have really been that difficult just to take if.
