Very unhelpful and rude when trying to acquire an emergency repeat prescription. Pharmacist couldn't be bothered looking up from their laptop to help. Go to Boots instead

Even though I've lived in ivybridge for nearly 3 years, I've never used this pharmacy before. They are amazing. I walked in to enquire about ear wax removal and the lovely lady said she can take a look there and then. She removed it and I also had another lovely lady remove the rest and from my other ear and give me helpful tips and management advice. They're personable, professional, helpful. I have health anxiety and so GP's/hospitals/pharmacies are not my favourite of places, but they made me feel so at ease. Thank you Ivybridge Pharmacy!

First class staff who constantly pick up the baton where Beacon Medical Group drop it, especially is this so where prescription requests are concerned.

The lovely lady from this pharmacy called Carolyn has just restored my faith in humanity today. After finding it impossible to get any proper information (or appointments!) with me doctors or a travel clinic she has just spent lots of time discussing my travel vaccination requirements with me. So knowledgeable and helpful and friendly. I feel like most people have forgotten how to give a good customer service recently but clearly not here - absolutely 5 star help and advice. What a lovely place and I will definitely be visiting in future for any travel vaccination help! :)

The man we spoke to was very rude when telling us they were closed and not serving the public. Door was unlocked, we took one step inside before we were ushered out again and told abruptly we coildnt buy anything.
Shall not be returning when things are back to normal..Day Lewis Fore St shall benefit from this in the future.
