Needed help order some fire retardant paint for a steel beam in a domestic setting, to meet building regulations. Kai was super helpful, talked me through all the technical considerations, helped me measure the steel, listened patiently when I did not understand and put things in laymen's terms. Even though my transaction was small monetarily/volume of paint, felt like I was being given same level of service a building contractor would get. Really appreciated the expertise over the phone, rather than me blindly ordering online and guessing at what I need. Thanks again. Paul.
