This place is a joke and very unprofessional and the waiting Time for trying to buy A single item due to the staff members having a joke and a laugh together and not even saying, oh we?re just be a minute making you stand there for nearly 20 minutes then when there?s two tills available to get served with a single item they just walk away , when you want to speak to the pharmacist The till operative wants to know the in-depth details of what?s wrong which you don?t wanna disclose with them because sometimes it?s a private matter and you don?t want to random person to know about it

Have changed to Day Lewis after leaving boots. Why didn't I do it sooner?? They are so helpful, staff are lovely, what a difference experience. ?

Getting fed up with being told meds are ready to collect from pick up point only to get up there and find its out of service. 3 times now, witjin 2 months. Frustrated and annoyed.

Very helpful and never seems to be overly busy. Asked advise from pharmacist on a couple of occasions and all answered to my satisfaction. Great pharmacy!

Like the stuff but to expensive and way over price and also same lady repetdly kicks us out for no reason and are not polite or nice and very rude this is terrible customer service... unless this changes I would not recommend going here and I wont come here again

Very disappointed. Do not trust as a pharmacy. I feel that certain staff don't know there jobs. After 1 week of requesting from GP and day lewis receiving my prescription I went to collect.They looked on there computer and said they had not received It. I contacted my GP and they had proof they had. The health centre contacted the pharmacy only to be told that 1st maybe it was a surname issue, which It wasn't as I confirmed it when I was at the pharmacy. 2nd that i had already collected it, WHAT!. I sometimes forget things but really... That was two lies to try to cover there mistake. After hearing this i returned the following day and surprise surprise they found the items and said maybe the paperwork was mis filed... it's not hard is it. Now moved to pharmacy up the road. I would advise the same as I feel collecting pills is a very serious matter and should not be stressful.......RANT OVER........
