Absolutely awful and inconsistent customer service, especially on a monday and tuesday evening, If i could put 0 stars i would but thats not a option, highly recommend the spar shop about half a mile away ? cheaper too despite it being a garage.

used to be a brilliant shop, with friendly and helpful staff, seems to have gone down hill recently since they introduced the sale of scratch cards and lottery. Additional training on challenge 25 seems to have gone to their heads clouding their judgement of how old people appear, Yet razorblades are readily available on low shelves with no age restriction.

As a visitor to the area it was good to find a shop where the staff were not only very friendly but went out of there way to help me find the items I needed. If I had to make a negative comment it would be that there could be more locally sourced goods available. We will be using the shop again when in the area.

Recently been refurbed and it looks amazing! They now have an atm inside and self-checkouts for card payments only, always funny trying to watch people pay with cash because they haven't seen the sign ð??? but honestly, the staff are incredible, so friendly and helpful! If you ever have an issue in store, grab either John, Rachel or Dan and they'll assist you in the best way possible!
