Viewed a property with this estate agent. The way I was spoken to on the phone by a member of their team was appalling and insulting. Would not recommend and won't be viewing anymore properties with them

Connor was amazing!
very professional and clearly very good at his job.
Connor helped me get my first apartment and despite me hardly knowing anything about renting or what the first steps are, Connor was very patient and helped me through every step!
The process was very quick and efficient, would highly recommend!

I sold my flat through Turners and they made the whole process so easy and quick to do. Not living in the same country and having a time difference was not an issue. They answered any questions quickly and were happy to help with things that I might have done myself if I were in the country.

Really poor service upon leaving - were relatively nice to deal with initially but upon leaving / ending the contract either themselves or the client attempted to claim the entire deposit. Luckily they were unsuccessful through appeal but the customer care and service particularly from the "Property Manager" was appalling. Don't recommend them.

I was very happy with the level of professionality that I experienced with Molly. The whole thing from viewing to moving in went very smoothly thanks to all involved at Turners . I felt in very capable hands and would be very happy to recommend Turners estate agents (especially Molly) to anyone looking to rent or Buy. Our family has used Turners for many years to manage a rental property and they have always done a good job for us. They are friendly, professional, efficient and easy to work with. We had to put the property on the market this year and, given current market conditions, we were expecting the worst so we were pleasantly surprised when they found us a buyer relatively quickly.
