Got given an old chicken burger, that was just reheated and then when asked for a fresh one. We got given the same chicken patty from before, and we could tell this because of the bit my partner pulled off to try on the first. Also got given a dirty glass for my drink. And they didn't even check up on us after we received the second chicken burger.
Absolutely appalling experience. Need to upgrade their quality checks. And not use old food. Also double check everything before it goes out.

Rarely have I seen such a filthy pub. Tables of uncleared plates, food scattered on the floor. The staff look overwhelmed trying to keep up with food orders and neglect keeping the place clean and tidy.
A really slovenly pub that gave me the ick. Avoid if you have standards.

Great place it was packed last Friday with a great ale a 2 pounds 30p associate marie or moira is the nicest staff member there her customer skills are fantastic kind and attentive she gets 12 out of 10 every Friday I come in my job is stressful and she makes my day thank you
