Phoned Monday morning with brakes problem. They were very busy but still said ''bring it in, let's have a look'. 1.30pm new brakes and ready to pick up.

Absolutely brilliant service! Got a puncture on my drive to Devon from Northamptonshire. Popped into Lovering's on the off chance they might be able to help. The staff were so kind and helpful. They didn't have a suitable tyre in stock so they made some calls and had one delivered that same afternoon! Even though they were extremely busy, they squeezed me in and within a couple of hours I was back on the road! Lovering's well and truly saved my holiday! I'm so grateful, thank you!

I bought a car from Loverings garage in February and was blown away with the service. Absolutely amazing car it was spotless when I picked it up. Every member of staff I spoke to answered my questions with patients and professionalism, especially John who never made me feel silly no matter how many questions I asked.
I couldn?t recommend the garage highly enough and wouldn?t go anywhere else now

Whilst on holiday last week my car started beeping and all sorts of warning lights came on. I called the garage and the receptionist told me they were fully booked. It was 3.30pm. She did offer to put my call through to the mechanics to offer me some advice. I spoke to Dale who listened to the warning lights that had come on and diagnosed a cable that might have snapped. He said to bring the car in and he?d look at it. Sure enough he was right, he ordered the part and I was able to pick the car up the next day at 10.30am and carry on with my holiday. Really quick and efficient service by Dale. Highly recommend he was my hero!

While on holiday the lock of one of the back doors didn't close any longer. They checked it, ordered a spare part, fitted me in the tight schedule .... in the end: wrong spare part arrived. Plan B: Try to get the door closed (and leave it closed until back in Germany). Plan B was successful and no charges for any spare part. I think many other garages over the world would have acted differently!

Car troubles led me to John. He allowed me time to look round and inside the cars I was interested in, and then approached me to offer advice and a test drive.
He was informative and offered guidance without the hard sell. Definitely recommend this garage.

Brake light bulb broke first day of our holiday. Noticed this garage and popped in to ask if they stocked the bulbs. They did and happily fitted the new one. Very friendly and helpful! Only experienced this small job but if this is how they run the whole business then I would recommend.

Called here mid march while on holiday, with a suspect fuel leak (fuel filter had been replaced before travelling to devon). Wanted to have this checked before return journey so we called in on the off chance. It was late in the day but said they would look at it if we returned the next morning (which we did).Very helpful, accommodating and friendly team! Resolved the issue in 30min. Thank you
