Douglas and Dean did a super job of selling our bungalow. Andy put together a perfect listing for us and amazingly we were sold within 4 days of going on the market. Despite problems at the bottom of our chain which delayed completion significantly, Nicola kept us well updated each week and worked very hard in keeping up the pressure on the solicitors in the chain below us. I?d like to thank Nicola, Andy and the rest of the team for doing a first class job. Would highly recommend Douglas & Dean for anyone wishing to sell/rent. Many thanks!

I would like to thank Nicola, Andy, Jake & Tracey for getting me through my rollacoaster of a journey, and what a journey its been, I couldn't of done it with out you all, what an amazing team you are. Andy sold my property in just 2 weeks, Nicola put up with a fight from buyers solicitors and won the day ?, I really appreciate everything they have done for me. I am SO pleased with the house that I almost didn't buy so I decided to write a poem for Douglas & Dean, they've been amazing, but especially Nicola...this will explain...
Dear Nicola from Douglas & Dean
Oh, and not lets forget the rest of the team
You did your job with patience, kindness and a smile
Even though my final decision took quite some while!
I pulled out at one point and that was a mistake you see
But Nicola saw the truth and got back in touch with me
She had the courage to ask 'God are you mad'?
What a brave thing to do and boy am I glad.
This house, my home, my Devon dream
Wouldn't be happening now, if Nicola hadn't seen
The truth of the matter, this house is perfect for me
God, what more could a girl want, there's even a fig tree!

What a great team. Estate agents often get a bad name, well it?s because people aren?t using Douglas and Dean in my opinion! My chain was far from straightforward with a few complications long the way, but Douglas and Dean were so helpful. I had 3 separate people view my property and every single one made an offer!
