“I turned up for my appointment to have two new rear tyres fitted only to find my car had locking wheel nuts and I didn’t have the key, in my defence I had bought the car a few months earlier and there was no key present.I bought a new key from BMW, took the car to the garage on my way home to book it an and was told to leave it and they would do it immediately.A short time later I got a call to collect it and they had even given me a special bag to put the key in so I can easily find it in the future.The staff were very polite and professional and the price for the tyres and fitting was the best value after an online search.I would recommend them to anyone.”

“Nightmare start to our family holiday. Exhaust dropped & wheel bearing started to seize on way down to Woolacombe. BK Autos answered the call and luckily open on a Saturday offered to take a look. No promise of when it could be fixed but managed to source parts and went above and beyond to help when dropping off to local holiday park. Couldn't thank Bruce, Steve & Hayley enough. Great prices, great service, great people. They would definitely be my go to if I was local. Thank you for saving our holiday!!”
