The guys at SCS Porsche have looked after me and my 987 for the last 3 years. They're friendly, helpful, extremely knowledgeable, good value (especially vs Porsche Dealrships) always do a fantastic job and always leave you with the feeling that they truly value your custom. After my 'go to' Porsche garage closed here in Cornwall I arranged for my 997 to have it's 60k service here at SCS having heard good things about Stuart and Adrian.Despite discovering my previous garage had bodged jobs and overlooked a lot of MOT issues, SCS talked me through what really needed doing and what could wait until later.After the service and MOT and having returned home 5 days later, I discovered my CTEK car charger had disappeared from the 'frunk'. After a quick call to SCS they held their hands up and admitted they'd accidentally removed it thinking it was theirs as they also use them in the workshop. 24 hours later, the CTEK was delivered back to my door 75 miles away along with a couple of bottles of complimentary top up oil and a hand written apology.Certainly not a cheap service, but through no fault of these guys. Tyres and battery and even some requested Porsche items (black wheel nuts) were actually considerably cheaper than I had expected too.I'll certainly keep on using these guys. They're an honest bunch who love their Porsches.

Knew of SCS but not local to me, but sudden problem with car mid journey, in their vicinity so sought them out. Although no appointment & very busy I got a pleasant welcome, helpful responses, vehicle checked over, fault found & explained to enable continued journey. That is what I call good service, I will return despite tricky to find & further to travel. Positively recommended, try & get that response from a main dealerService: General repairs & maintenance

I booked my car in and asked for a 48,000mile service, I had to have an argument as they insisted it was a 40,000 mile service despite their website saying 48,000, they clearly don't know their own products. Arrived on the agreed date to be told my booking was not in the diary. The rude receptionist offered no apology. I asked them to call and let me know when car was ready (reasonable standard practice) ? no such call ever received. Frustrated I called them. The phone was not picked up and I got an answerphone. Whilst paying just under £800 for a service and MOT I asked if the convertible roof had been lubricated as part of the service the reply was 'I don't know' with no offer to check with the mechanic. Very poor! S C S were too busy trying to sell me extra work they considered needing doing, which they promised to send me a a quote for ? and didn't send. S C S - Shoddy Car Service. Not recommended!!Service: Auto maintenance

True professionals and what makes my day true enthusiasts too, and not just Porsche, motorbikes, green laneing and track days were all discussed. To cap it all the bill was under half that of main dealer's so all in all a firm 5 stars.
