They have been so helpful and straight forward to deal with. During storm Darragh when we had no electric for 4 whole days, I bought a generator. There was nothing wrong with it but it wasn't powerful enough to boil a kettle, and Screwfix gave me a refund on it when we took it back. I will buy as much from them as I possibly can because they were helpful from start to finish.

Not the best screwfix. You can be waiting ages for click and collect, even after checking in..no idea what the staff are doing, but its not dealing with customers.

Very helpful team. Came in needing a specific size of screw needed to re-attach my Campervan window winding handle - the assistant spent a good 5 mins helping me to identify the right length and width screw, then lent me an allan key to fix it there and then. Problem sorted, window working again. Many thanks.
