Having banked with Nat West all my life and this being my local branch. I have never got on very well here. There are some nice staff but the branch is always slow and thier treatment of customers during covid has been over the top and rude!. Very disappointed. Thankfully I can do most things online because going in is not great.

Lloyds Honiton refused to change a £10 note for coins for me as I don't bank with them. I then went to Nat West Honiton (who I also don't bank with) who happily gave me coins, without raising any problems. If this betokens Lloyds attitude towards customer service, then clearly Nat West are the people to bank with!

During these strange times at the moment. I can't help but praise the staff at national Westminster bank in Honiton. There trying there best with less staff as usual due to covid 19. Young lady will attend to the que outside, so polite, helpful and full of smiles. Just what is needed :)

If i could give less stars i would. Honiton branch are rude and unhelpful. Natwest in general do not understand the concept of customer service at all! I am looking into taking my custom (and my money) elsewhere!!

Went in to make a bank transfer from my account to a company. Due to the large amount the male cashier needed id which I had not thought of. So I asked for a new card reader to do it online myself. He gave me one but when I got home to do it the Idiot had maliciously locked my pin. I used the card 5 minutes earlier in another shop. I tried to complain the chat service was useless and when I asked for a call back or transfer to complaints the agent timed me out. NATWEST is slowly getting worse and worse. Honiton customer service not so good.
