Had a wonderful stay with friends and plenty of dogs, was sad to leave!Really refreshing to stay somewhere so dog friendly and made the weekend much more relaxed.Lots of beautiful scenery and walks nearby, and on the site plenty of lakes to walk around.Already looking at free dates in the diary to get another stay booked and only left a couple of hours ago!Food & drinks: Had a wonderful Sunday roast at the Dabbling Duck, food was delicious and staff incredibly friendly!

We stayed here for Christmas and it was great. 2 bedrooms had en suites that was a lovely surprise and the hot tub was lovely. Could have done with a few more plates, cups etc but there was enough. The house bunnies also loved their stay :) Customer service and staff were amazing and responded immediately to any questions we had.

Our visit is to Lakeview Manor was courtesy of a good friend in collaboration with our Daughters as an Anniversary surprise. We were not disappointed!Rooms: The room we stayed in was well kept and presented.Food & drinks: For us the food was excellent. The Drinks very good and the service attentive and friendly.Noteworthy details: The estate is setup to provide a quiet and peacfull coutry break retreat and includes Lakeside Loges as well as stable rooms like the one we had.

The lodge was excellent, l fished the top lake, had a couple of minor bites. Didn't catch anything, until the last day, 20lb carp ?

Overall a great stay. Helpful staff -especially Sarah. Nice location, food was good. Great value. Nice walks too!Noteworthy details: Sarah the receptionist, waitress and general entertainment is brilliant ? she made our stay. The other staff were also very attentive and helpful.

Almost perfect. In a rural setting, with lots of birdlife. Staff are great, friendly yet professional. This was our second visit and would go again, think that says it all.

Wonderful lodge in beautiful surroundings, very well equipped and spotlessly clean. Hot tub was excellent, staff were very helpful and polite.My only tiny gripe is with other guests not following the instruction and numerous signs of keeping their dogs on a lead at all times.

We hadn't planned on a third night in the south but we found ourselves booking a last minute room here. Issues with the initial holiday booking that never happened. Wish we'd booked sooner. A super lovely, very clean room, service couldn't be faulted (Sarah you need a raise!). This is the kind of place you don't leave once you've booked in. So many things to see and explore, waking up to deer calls, bubbling brooks, lakes, country side, forest. The fish and chips at their restaurant we had that night were seriously better than anything you'd pick up from the seafront. There were plenty of other interesting options on the menu but we hadn't had a chance to enjoy a simple meal yet (nothing simple about it, but you know what I mean. Thanks to everyone there, wish we'd had more time

Fabulous place, very quiet. Excellent food in the restaurant. Staff are exceptional, like being at home with the family. Very brightly lit at night, makes star gazing on a clear night awkward. Will be looking to return soon.

Great park, very clean. Stayed in a 2 bed lodge (45) with view of the lake and hot tub. Lodge was well equipped and everything felt new. Good location with walks around local area straight from the park. Also went to Killerton which was perfect for dogs too. Didn?t use the Dabbling Duck but it looked very nice! 2 minor points for improvement (hence 4 stars). The lodge could do with a heated towel rail or something similar as towels/robes were damp and difficult to dry. The sofas look nice but are not very comfortable.

Excellent accommodation we had a 3 bedroom lodge with a view of the lake and a hot tub everything you could of wanted was supplied games, dvds, cushions for outside furniture with sun umbrella robes for the hot tub. The staff at reception and restaurant and even the cleaning crew were all very helpful and friendly I had a problem turning on the induction hob they were there within minutes to sort it out couldn't be more helpful lovely clean and well maintained site lovely for dogs great walks and nice that you can take them into restaurant overall a very relaxing and peaceful holiday

Me and my mum spent one night at Lakeview manor, and oh my, I wish we were staying for longer. It is such an amazing place to stay, with beautiful lakes, lots of grassy areas to walk your dog, the room was lovely, had the best nights sleep! In the room when we arrived was a little bag of treats, a tennis ball and doggy bags for our dog which is so thoughtful, small things that make the stay even better. We loved that we could take our dog into the restaurant during dinner and breakfast, food was amazing, such a great value for money. Will definitely be staying again!! Thankyou to all the team ??
