So impressed with Humberts, now all my family use them! It took us just 5 weeks from acceptance of our offer to completing on our beautiful house in Honiton. Thank goodness we went with Humberts! Mandy was so approachable and responsive to all communication and that contributed to the speed of the process. We were in a tricky situation where the sale of our London home was already well-progressed. The purchase of our house through Humberts Estate Agency went without a hitch. We were kept informed by Alex throughout the process and if we did have any questions, they were answered by return. I am one of the Executors for my God Mothers detached house in Honiton. From the viewing Alistair and Humberts stood out over the other 4 estate agents. We were not disappointed. With probate etc it has taken over 12 months , but Humberts checked on the security and the condition during a cold winter of 2023. They completed our sale wishes promptly and efficiently within a few months, even though they were a little quirky and different. They must have equally kept our buyers happy and completion was today late October 2024. Local Estate Agents who know the market and the people. I couldn't be happier.
