Phoned this morning to get a new battery put in my kindle and was told it was a cheap Chinese product ( paid well over £100) and wasn?t worth doing. Have looked on line for a battery and it is approx £20. Disgusted, this really upset me.

Recently purchased a replacement mouse and got a great price for it, also asked about PS4 controller repairs and was given an honest answer about the viability/worth of it - I'm glad he didn't just go straight into sales mode; as someone ex-retail, exactly what I would want from a shop, especially a neat little independent. Have also purchased MTG boosters for my niece and those + the deckbuilders' boxes are fairly/competitively priced. Definitely will be the first place I'd recommend for tech stuff
