Went in recently for some help and was greeted with the most unhelpful dismissive man in Honiton. Terrible. Luckily the rest of the UK where we have been traveling isn't like this.

Phoned this morning to get a new battery put in my kindle and was told it was a cheap Chinese product ( paid well over £100) and wasn’t worth doing. Have looked on line for a battery and it is approx £20. Disgusted, this really upset me.
