I had to go for an emergency appointment today as I needed a tooth pulling. I get extremely anxious at the dentist but Mr Lomas and his glorious assistant (whose name I didn't catch) were both absolutely fabulous, explained everything to me, and made the ordeal bareable . Thank you both

An appointment with Karen today. Always lovely as ever. Reception helpful. Felt covid safe, in the back door out the front. The team made me feel relaxed. Wow they work in such conditions to keep us and them safe. Full on makes and visors... thank you.

I am a very nervous dental patient but I can honestly say that I have never experienced such wonderful treatment. The initial conversation with reception was an extremely positive experience; the lady was kind and patient, the follow up email was clear and informative and the dental treatment was so gentle. Excellent service. Military precision during pandemic, absolutely amazing, they work so hard and its always the NHS doctors and nurses who are mentioned which of course is quite right, but what about the dentists, they are fabulous and must be congratulated for the outstanding work they do, thank you.
