Always extremely happy with the help and knowledge given by the lasses/peeps in the Honiton shop, great to hear the banter between staff and just see how it's obvious they like working there. They're lovely enough that when I go past, they give me a wave. Would always recommend

Went in today for the first time and was met with a very friendly staff member called Andrea who was amazingly helpful and knowledgeable. She asked me several questions and agreed with what I thought I needed while advising what may be helpful along side. She made me feel seen and heard and I can't praise her enough. This woman deserves an absolute medal and more.

Whilst visiting family in the area I ran out of supplements, popped into store and the lady called ira or ina was very rude and unhelpful. Unprofessional in her approach I am severely disappointed with my visit. I've been a customer of holland and barrett for many years, staff are usually really helpful however on this visit they were not so I left without any products and ordered online instead.

We've always tried to support local stores, even in today's competitive landscape, went in today to take advantage of their half price offer and the lady at the till was extremely helpful in locating our electronic voucher code and saving us a further £3. Even before today we've been impressed with the service.
