I contacted Jamie after we scraped the bottom of our car whilst towing a trailer. Despite calling at lunchtime on a Sunday, he was friendly and reassuring, and was able to meet us really quickly. He got us back on the road very quickly, able to resume our holiday with minimal fuss and for a very reasonable fee.
