Fantastic service from Rose at Clarks Honiton shop. From our initial phone conversation, to rechecking my little?uns size and ensuring that the shoes were the best fit. Super advice, nothing was too much effort and so friendly, I can?t thank her enough. She also restored my confidence after a not so great experience in another branch. All the staff at Honiton were helpful and friendly but a particular thank you to Rose, you were wonderful.

What a lovely bunch of girls working here! They were so helpful and friendly, I walked in by chance, knew I wanted some white or neutral trainers, even the ones not in stock the girls brought out the size in a different colour just so I could try on for the fit and order online or they would order to store for me. I ended up getting a pair in stock that were perfect.

Well they lost a sale yesterday amounting to £120, can't believe how pushy they were , would not leave to to choose, when I did , they just kept on pushing... I think you need to know when to step back and give customers some space ... Off to yeovil branch today to spend my £120...

Every year for the past 5 years Rose has fitted my ASD sons school shoes .
It's always hard work with alot of sensory issues. Every year I manage to leave with a pair of shoes he will wear to school and we normally only need the one pair a year! Rose is always patient and understanding . Again this year it ends up getting too much for my son and everyone leaves feeling over whelmed. We normally leave with a random pair of shoes based on recommendation after trying on about 10.
This morning, first day of school it did not start off so well . 1.5 hours later he has the shoes on and he's gone to school happy as if there was never an issue in the first place . Have to admit after 40minutes of melt downs and tears I was googling other shoes ckarks do in hope they had something left in my sons size. But Rose has done it again. From a sen mum thankyou so much making this an easier task . For any other Sen parents out there **you can contact the store in Honiton, and they are kind enough to open when the store isn't normally open for shoe fitting appointments for sen families -Which is another stressor avoided, no other people, take advantage of this local store who help**

Rose was super helpful and made the whole experience of buying shoes for two young boys super easy and relaxed. She couldn?t have done more to help and advise us. In fact all the staff were really friendly. Great service and would definitely return and use them again.

School shoe shopping can be a nightmare! Visited the Honiton shop today and was helped by Rose, what a diamond! Talked through the whole process with my granddaughter, listened to what she liked and disliked, there was a great choice, and she tried on most! Nothing was too much trouble, it made the experience really enjoyable. Customer service at its best, thank you Rose, we will be back again soon. 10 ??

I hate shopping for shoes but yesterday was an exception! Ella was incredibly helpful guiding me through the possible choices to get the most comfortable fit. she remained endlessly cheerful and patient as I tried on a variety of shoes. A great example of someone doing their job as well as it could be done. Thank you.

Rose is an Angel in disguise. We always have real trouble getting school shoes for my super fussy son. Rose was amazing with him, she listened exactly to what my son was saying and found different pairs to remedy the problems. Nothing was too much trouble and this was the easiest shoe shop we?ve ever done-we?re from Bath in our caravan but will be going to see Rose in Honiton for every pair of shoes from now on! She also sorted my nephew who has extremely wide feet with a pair too. Thanks Rose-a real credit to Clark?s
