Recently completed the sale of our home through the Honiton team and couldn?t recommend them highly enough. What was a drawn out process because of things beyond anyone?s control, the team kept us informed at all times with proactive resolutions and with a positive outlook. Started off really well with our viewing, carried out by agent. Very knowledgeable about the area, the property etc. and answered questions we had. Sale process went through smoothly, resulting in us not particularly hearing from Bradley?s until completion, unless we contacted them. However, upon completion we were given the wrong property?s keys to our new home which was rectified a few days later and also found out that although our property was not marketed with parking, we had been told by numerous different members of staff in the Estate Agents on multiple times that there was village parking available, only to discover this was not the case and we now have nowhere to park our vehicles, leaving us in quite a mess. The parish council have shown us proof that they contacted Bradley?s on numerous occasions to say that parking was not available but not once have the agents come forward to speak to us about it.

Bradley's Honiton were amazing with selling our first home along with a purchase of our replacement home. Joe and his team are excellent and an asset to Bradley's. Bradley?s were so amazing at assisting us on purchasing our first new home. They have been very professional, supportive, helpful and caring during the last 16 weeks. Nothing was ever too much for us to ask from them. When we first started viewing properties we visited all the local estate agents in Honiton and found them to be very unprofessional and unhelpful. They were not friendly and found they just cared about selling the house as soon as possible compared to the service at Bradley?s where they allowed us to re-view the property and ask lots of questions. I have no complaints or concerns about any staff within Bradley?s and have found them all extremely supportive. I can not thank them enough for all they have done for us. I would highly recommend them to anyone seeking an estate agent to sell there property or if people are wanting to buy like us to go and visit them in store so they can also provide you with the amazing service we where given. As first time buyers we didn't know anything about the house buying process. Bradleys were very helpful throughout, always happy to help and answer any questions we had. Bradleys also gave us regular updates and any changes that occurred during the process. They are a very professional yet friendly estate agent that both my partner and I would recommend.

The experience of working with Joe and the team in Honiton for the sale of my property was brilliant and I would thoroughly recommend them. From the first meeting with Joe and subsequent follow up conversations with the Vicki & Becki and other members of the team, I was impressed with their professionalism and motivated approach to ensure the sale concluded and I was fully aware of progress throughout. The marketing brochure and advertising approach was very good. I also used the solicitor recommend by Bradleys for the conveyancing of my sale and subsequent purchase and they were excellent. In summary an absolute breath of fresh air, and just so much better than local agent alternatives I have used in the recent past.
