Absolutely lovely, staff were incredibly kind, facilities superb and food wonderful, a terrific experience had by us and our friends, one of whom is vegetarian, we met up here as they were travelling back from Cornwall and we were travelling down. Great choice and also very good experience as I am disabled, all catered for with a smile and even an extra cushion for me! Nothing was too much trouble, would thoroughly recommend.

We found this place on TripAdvisor and its Fab! We stopped for breakfast on our way to Cornwall and the food was amazing. I had the chefs special mushrooms on toast and my husband had a large breakfast , both were spot on. We thoroughly enjoyed it all . The service was quick, the food hot,the staff exceptional and the place was spotless. Dont hesitate you won't regret it!!!

On holiday, saw that they did cream teas so decided to call in. We saw that they closed at 4.00 and as it was only 2.55 thought that we had plenty of time. Immediately, before we even stepped into the place we were greeted by a waitress informing us that the main restaurant was closed but the courtyard was open, fine, sun was out and we preferred to sit outside. 3.05 -took our order for two cream teas, 3.12 - cream teas arrived, 3.25 girl came to clear table we said we hadn't finished, which was obvious, 3.40 a girl came and abruptly plonked our bill on table (although we had not requested it) plus another table of 4 were treated in the same way. 3.45 we left after paying, by the back entrance as instructed by member of staff - downright rude. Goes without saying, no tip was given.

My wife and I visited The Grazing Cow over the weekend whilst staying down in Devon for a friends wedding. If you want a decent full English breakfast then this is definitely where you want to go. Portion sizes are spot on and very good value, service is quick, friendly and welcoming. We will definitely be visiting when we are back in Devon.

Lovely spot recommended by Rose Farm where we stayed. Bright, easy going decor and plenty of light and room.outside space too and Farm Shop. Delightful young staff. Great service and very attentive. Lots of good options for breakfast and lunch. We had the full English as our accommodation had a problem with their Aga. Glad we went. Highly recommended.

Wow. This place was absolutely fabulous. We had the most delicious full English breakfast. The staff were attentive and friendly. The food was well worth the prices and the premises were clean and tidy. A great place!

Stopped here for brunch on the way home from Cornwall after a quick search online. We didn?t want to stop at service stations and had tried to find farm shop cafes along the route. We knew it was a good choice when the car park was full and the cafe was busy. The welcome was very friendly and the atmosphere was warm and relaxed. There was a very good choice on the menu, and the food coming out of the kitchen smelt very enticing. They even let us order cream teas before the 11.30am start time for the lunch menu. They were delicious and very generously sized! The coffee was also one of the best I had on the trip. I plan on making a stop here every time I go to Cornwall. The full breakfasts looked fantastic and so did their cakes.

Passing through on the way to Plymouth for football turned around as saw the sign and wasn?t disappointed. Friendly staff and lovely food. Poached egg to die for. Price reasonable too.

Great all day breakfast, friendly staff, but shame about the screeching music. Better if you can sit away from main room.

It was flat our here today, however this didn't delay in us being seated and our order being taken. Our food was with us within 10 minutes and it was delicious and cook to my requirements ( hard eggs). The staff are polite and attentive ( but not over baring). I HIGHLY recommend a trip to the Grazing Cow. Yummy food & cakes that will make your mouth water. Dogs ? are allowed in the garden room and the garden.

Overall the experience was average, wouldn?t say they are the best at catering for gluten free, there are much better places near by! I understand gluten free bread costs more, but don?t agree with charging extra for it on a breakfast. If you are going to charge, get decent bread - not cheap thin supermarket brand! Nowhere on the menu is it advertised that if you order a gluten free breakfast, you won?t get the sausage! Again, pretty simple to get some gluten free sausages! Made to feel rushed when we had finished and didn?t want anything else, didn?t ask for the bill and it was just placed on the table. Probably wouldn?t return and would go to Combe garden centre for breakfast if in the area again!

We are currently sat in the grazing cow trying to recover from the best breakfast ever. My bacon and egg bap was amazing I enjoyed every mouth full and my husband is currently battling through a large grazing cow and is slowly loosing. I have driven past here many times and I am so glad to have the opportunity to stop and eat we will definitely be back.
