“All those who moan about boots ought to stop and think! The team in our Holsworthy branch work their socks off, the increase in foot fall is huge just see how large our prescription area has become. Boots pharmacy team are excellent and the staff are surely allowed to actually speak to one another! they certainly don't ignore their customers .They have to not only dispense the drugs we have to take but check address and postcode for our security. For 35 years or so I have used boots and yes they are busy but waiting for a much needed prescription in the great scheme of things is minor once you start your meds. Just give them a break!
