what a lovely spot - the scones were fresh and warm (and huge!!!) and by far the best I?ve had in a long time, so I definelty recommend for a cream tea after a walk in the rain :) would love to go back to try their lunch and breakfast options as everything looked so tasty.

After visiting the local area for the day. We called in to the Cafe for a traditional cream tea. Oh my!!. We weren't disappointed. My mum used to make amazing current scones when I was a child. My first bite took me straight back to the kitchen as a child. Mums baking is a hard one to beat. But these scones were a pretty good match. I can highly recommend the Cream tea. Thank you for the tastey reminder of what use to be.

On Easter Monday, we visited Coffee on the Square en route to the nearby waterfall. After reading positive online reviews, we decided to have breakfast there. The Cafe exceeded our expectations.
Our vegan breakfast consisted of vegan sandwiches, sausages, soup, coffee, and juice. All components were fresh, flavorful, and well-prepared. While it can be challenging to find a diverse selection of vegan options, Coffee on the Square provided an impressive variety.
The café?s convenience is enhanced by a complimentary car park located directly adjacent to the establishment. The interior is inviting and aesthetically pleasing, and the sale of local paintings and decorative items further contributes to its charm.
If you are in the vicinity, Coffee on the Square is a highly recommended stop. We intend to return in the future.

Stopped here after a long walk and had a huge breakfast, juice and coffee. Hot and tasty. It had just started to rain and we were a bit wet but they were happy for us and our 2 dogs to grab a table. Took a piece of cake each with us for later. Yummy! Went back the next day for the obligatory Devon Cream tea. OMG the scones were huge. There?s an option for 1 or 2. 1 was more than enough. Nice little nik naks to buy too. Lovely little coffee shop and happy to recommend,

Vegetarian options: Full English breakfast, pasty is delicious, soups and paninis are yummy also quiche is very tasty as you can see I've been there many times
