Absolutely baffled by what’s happened to Rosemoor’s restaurant. It’s been going downhill fast in recent years, but getting food poisoning from the Exmoor pulled beef was the final straw. Sort it out, Rosemoor- this is unacceptable!

The table service was non existence 6 staff standing around ignoring seated customers moved to otter cafe again so slow one person making hot drinks and queuing out of door where is the supervision would hate to have been here on a weekend very disappointing preferred the original restaurant to these changes

Only 2 choices for hot food , both good portions but taste wise were rather ‘bland’ . Ice coffee was really more like ice milk !
