Popped in for a quick lunch. Exceptional service, friendly and efficient. It's a delight to be welcomed into a cafe with so much warmth. Lovely location (we sat in the garden) and I really enjoyed my carribean toasted sandwich.

I have been to this cafe a few times and each time the owner has been a little strange and somewhat rude. Makes you nervous to ask for anything?.
The food is good, and the other ladies who serve are pleasant, but the owner not so much. I?m seriously considering going elsewhere. Which is a shame.

Set inside the castle walls you'll find Fork n Feast café just a short walk from the centre of Great Torrington next to the carpark. Great homemade food and cakes, good service, clean and value for money. Veggie options on the menu. Plenty of seating inside and outside in the private garden. Wheelchair access and parking no problem.

I've eaten here many times. Always great service and the menu always has a great mix of options - it's always hard to choose as it's all tasty (pancakes with bacon probably my fav). Not the easiest to find in town but worth searching out.

Tucked away in the Castle grounds opposite the car park and in the same building as the post office. Secluded garden. Good sandwiches. Highly recommend the king prawns.Friendly staff. Dog friendly. Relaxed atmosphere and great cakes.

Car park alongside, except for motorcycles fee required, so read the rules carefully. Or, like us, go on a motorcycle. Thank you lovely staff for making our two recent visits so good.
