Left 2 dresses and a shirt on august 19th to be altered,the young lady serving us assured me they would be back by the 29th as one was for a wedding on the 30th.my husband went in today and spoke to a gentleman who see if there was a information about collection only to be told they would not be back for another 2 weeks! The only reason we left them with your company is we were assured the items would be back in time.I am now left with no dress for the wedding I am attending with 2 days to purchase an alternative.The added expense on top of the money already paid out is totally unacceptable.The gentleman who my husband spoke to today said he was sorry but the girl was new.That is not the customer service I expect if your staff are not fully trained they should not be left unsupported. Tesco exmouth.after writing this review customer service contacted me the same day and resolved the issue immediately very impressed.

Refused to cut a car key I had sourced myself , but would sell me a identical key for 10x the cost ! . I went to the strand cobbler and he did it no problem at all and charged me a fraction of the cost .
