Monday 11a.m . Not a good experience! Very busy & chaotic when trying to pay . Only 1 till open with very long queue. Self service tills with very long queues. A lot of trolleys going through, problems as usual with self service, not enough staff or room ! Not good enough Tesco !

I was trying out new shops since im new to the area and I do recommend if you are looking for good prices but you need to have a tescos club card?I do not recommend if your looking for very cheap items but the quality is decent and the staff is lovely but seem tired?

I recently highlighted to the customer service team that their indoor plants were being kept outside in low temperatures. I visited last night to find temperature sensitive plants were still being kept outside. The Draecena plants (indoor in UK climate) are on the top shelf. Buyer beware!

On my way back home I was aware I had some change in my pocket to which I assumed I was able to afford a certain product. Once at the counter I realised i was a few coins short with no clubcard. Security guard Richard was in ear sight at this time and enquired about my purchase. Once he found out the situation he offered to use his club card and pay the tiny difference. I told him I would run back home quickly to grab the change to make up the difference but he assured me he was doing out of his good will. I let him know I will write a positive review about him as it's been a long time I've had an experience at a retail store where a staff member let alone a security guard offered to help with someones struggles. I think we need more people like Richard in this world and by writing this review I have my fingers crossed his kindness will be recognised. I offered the small difference back once again to which he kindly declined. I hope to pay you back some day Richard in some way I really appreciate what you have done for me that day. Pleasant staff.
Careful shopping and the prices are ok.
A Club card is essential for better deals.
Tesco own brand stuff is very good.
Car park is a bit crazy, no one seems to understand one way.

Brilliant tesco.
Large store with many item stocked.
Food and drink to holiday bits and bobs and also noted there was garden bit too.
Parking was vast amd onsite has fuel too.

Great shop, great staff. However, why, in these modern times, is one member of staff expected to collect all the trollies unaided? Surely there is an electric gadget to assist in this process ? I for one wouldn't want that job, my back would be put out in a week ! It's difficult enough when we get that one trolley with a twitching wheel that seems to be having a breakdown of its own, let alone having to push a whole bunch of them.
