Just called to check if they stock a very specific item. Got through very quickly to a real person; friendly, clear speaking and helpful. They didn't have the item but she suggested I try a bigger branch. Top marks for customer service!

I'd just like to say how nice it was to come into Exmouth superdrug and have assistance from a member of staff named Sarah. she helped me find a perfect perfume for a gift for my mum. The other staff members where also very friendly, polite and courteous. The store was very welcoming, as was the staff, I also was very impressed by some staff still wearing masks.
thank you for your friendly assistance I will definitely be back for other things when needed.
