Just called to check if they stock a very specific item. Got through very quickly to a real person; friendly, clear speaking and helpful. They didn't have the item but she suggested I try a bigger branch. Top marks for customer service!

Next time you go in this shop check out the floor. I'm sure it hasn't been cleaned or even swept since the pandemic! Grotty doesn't even begin to cover it.
