Ordered delivery, sandwiches were stuffed alongside the drinks, crisps and tiny cookies in a bag that was way too small. This smooshed the sandwiches up real good. One half of my sandwich was soaking wet for some reason, it?s was disgusting. All of this for delivery was £30!!! That?s right thirty quid. Utterly shameful for a soaking wet slop.

This Subway should be shut down. It is a slum. It is filthy inside and out (outside seating area), and the staff are beyond incompetent. Their credit card machine keeps going down, the bread is rock hard and I believe they serve out of date bread. The staff have a habit of somehow making a rip in the bottom part of the bread which causes everything to just fall out when you sit down.
There's an older lady in their who breathes and sighs loudly, and is rude and will yell at you as soon as you come with "you'll have to wait I'm busy". This is when they have just opened and no one else was in the store. I'm guessing she was preparing an uber meal.
Staff are rude, unkempt, very high staff turn over, the place is filthy and totally disorganised. They will rarely open on time and will regularly close when they feel like it.
Do not go here unless you want to eat the worst Subway meal of your life accompanied with pathetic customer service.

all the food was cold as the worker had to go make uo more food and left our sandwiches on the side to get cold then proceeded to throw the salad into our sandwiches two of our rolls were raw and the other 2 were burnt the worker was rude and looked a mess working in the food industry you should take care of yourself and the food

The woman with no teeth long hair is so rude how she still has a job is beyond me the store is never open on time we've tried multiple times to get a bite to eat before work but your lucky if they are open before 9 even though the sign says 8

During a recent visit to Subway, I had the pleasure of being served by Sean, and it was a fantastic experience from start to finish. As soon as I walked in, Sean greeted me with a warm smile and a friendly attitude that immediately set a positive tone. His attention to detail and knowledge of the menu were impressive, and he was more than happy to offer suggestions when I couldn't decide on my order.
Sean's efficiency in preparing my sandwich was noteworthy. He handled each ingredient with care, ensuring that everything was fresh and evenly distributed. It was clear that he took pride in his work, and it reflected in the final product?my sandwich was delicious, perfectly made, and just the way I wanted it.
What really stood out, though, was Sean's customer service. He was not only polite but genuinely engaging, making small talk while still keeping the line moving quickly. It felt like he valued each customer individually, which is rare in fast-food experiences.
Overall, Sean made my visit to Subway more than just a quick meal; it was a delightful experience. His professionalism, combined with his friendly demeanor, turned a routine stop into something memorable. I will definitely be returning to this Subway location, hoping to be served by Sean again.

Went in this morning and the Shop was a mess rubbish all over the floor, bins left out in the open, till and work surfaces were a state, young girl in there was rude and unwelcoming, food was cold and had items missing, out of stock on multiple basic things. Staff didn?t want to let us use subway points or scan discount cards, will not be going again, staff need to learn some customer service, would rate a 0 but unfortunately I cant

Lovely Romanian guy serving us! Really friendly and warm.Despite having to serve a que just by himself, he kept calm and attentive. Really great!
