Finally a sports direct with fab staff and a good selection of trainers. The chap who helped me (very tall with red hair) was very helpful without being pushy! Would come here again when in Exmouth!

The shop itself is great?good products and selection. However, the staff are rude and unhelpful.A little kindness and better customer service would make a huge difference.

We visited Sports Direct in Exmouth yesterday. An excellent experience. We were looked after by Jamie. He was incredibly helpful and very knowledgeable. Surpassed any other sport / show shop we have visited.

Very rude staff. They promote frater app but didn't take payment also refund not companies with consumer act 2015 they give you refund as credit not instead of original payment. He have tall guy he have wrong attitude misbehaving with consumer selling a product incorrectly. Without permission take payment with your mobile be careful about it.

incorrect deal price on two identical products pulled from same display. staff refuse to acknowledge mistake and try charge me more. blamed on inflation. lost a sale. I walked out. very rude service

Waste of time and money. Brought my kids some clothes and the didn't fit even though the age was bigger than the clothes they were wearing.
