We had a great experience when visiting specsavers Exmouth to get some new glasses for my son. Staff were amazing throughout and my son left happy with some new trendy glasses.

Staff were all brilliant. Cannot praise them enough for how friendly and knowledgeable they all were. Happy to chat and explain things so that I understood my new prescription as well as understanding the new frames and options for coatings etc.
After a very bad experience at Specsavers at my last test, it was night and day how the Boots staff treat customers and I will be recommending them to family and friends.

Good experience for both visits. I felt the optical test was very thorough. I went with a problem and my eyes were thoroughly checked.
Only downside was that I didn't much like the frame selection, I wanted something similar to what I had but it wasn't available.
Getting them fitted when picking them up was a very quick process.

I phoned Specsavers this afternoon in a panic after stupidly losing my glasses in the sea. I was praying that they would be able to help as I know new glasses and contact lenses usually take a good few days to be ready for collection, but I had a long drive back home to do this evening! I spoke to a lovely lady on the phone (unfortunately I don't remember her name) who was so kind and professional. After emailing over my prescription she managed to sort me a pair of contact lenses within a few minutes! When I went to the store to pick them up I was helped by a man who was just as friendly. I want to say a massive thank you to the staff at Exmouth Specsavers for helping me out - you're all angels!

I went in not feeling very sure of what I needed and came out confident and extremely happy that I had chosen them ...special thanks to Tracey, Aaron and D.K for their guidance and help . Far better then going online and getting no service whatsoever.

I was very happy with my visit to Specsavers in Exmouth, and my new glasses. The staff were very welcoming, knowledgeable, and friendly. There was plenty of frames and lenses to choose from, with some great offers. The service was very professional. I didn't have to wait around, there was plenty of staff around to help.

I cannot fault any of the team.. i had concerns over my vision and after completing the previsit questionnaire, I immediately received a call to clarify information for the examining optician, recommending an additional test to clarify any issues. As a result of this I found myself straight off to the opthalmic dept for further investigation..being monitored for next couple of weeks. The following day the consulting optician made a point of calling me to see how the hospital appointment went and to update my records. I've been a customer of the Exmouth branch for years and they've always been brilliant, to the point that I continue to use this branch after moving 30 miles away,but this episode has just accepted the quality of care of the whole team. I won't go anywhere else and can't thank everyone enough
