Excellent customer service and workmanship from Simon Turner's team. Ryan prepared the layout, the costings and also helped us to choose the new bath, shower, toilet, sink, taps, tiling, flooring, etc. The fitters, Ben and Bryan, were punctual, tidy and polite. They kept us informed of progress and involved us when necessary in key decisions during the refit. We are pleased with the quality of fixtures and fittings and the general standard of finish achieved. The quoted schedule was 7 to 10 days and this was achieved. The work was also completed to budget.

I had my fireplace rebuilt and woodburner fitted. From first visit to showroom to completion of the work I received excellent service and advice. Everything was completed on time and looks great. Would definitely recommend.

Great service from start to finish from Simon and his excellent team, fitting out an en suite shower room. Ryan was particularly helpful in choosing the fitments and design for a small space.Ben and Brian were excellent in carrying out the work and dealing very professionally with any tweaks we wished to make.Simon personally checked on the work being carried out and that we were satisfied with the finished product. First class service. Emergency call out needed and engineers attended first thing the next day. Did a complete and though check and explained everything to elevate our fears. Invoiced a sensible amount which in the past with other service providers, has been hiked up due to emergency situation.

A very swift and well informed process. The initial visit was followed by excellent advice on stoves and fireplaces, and it was then fitted within a week. There were plenty of options to choose from and the work was carried out efficiently and tidily.

Professional establishment held by local interest. Engineers are superb and helpful, they know their job very well, this is put into practice by them in a methodical and professional manner. We have dealt twice with this company and shall do so again.

Great experience from Simon Turner and his great installers (Chris and Simon). Great product and fitted quicker than expected even though they found a number of challenges when fitting the bathroom there were no extra costs as promised. We would highly recommend.
