Hi. My name is Tracy and I'm from Exmouth Devon. I imagine reaching out for help is challenging, I aim to make your experience as easy as I can. I offer Person Centred therapy to adults working together to help make your life that bit easier, I have experience with a variety of difficulties and am happy to have a chat to see if we would be a good fit.
I am an accredited member of the NCS (National Counselling Society) and fully insured.
I offer sessions to individuals and couples. Sessions are held via Zoom, Telephone or Face to Face.
