Called on a very busy Sunday evening, they found us a table.. Both the Food and service was excellent, the staff could not have better . Would certainly recommend.

Saturday evening was not the night for a quiet catch-up with my Auntie but that's our own fault! THE GOOD STUFF is about Emmer - our Server - I didn't ask their pronouns, so I'm going with "they/them" unless or until otherwise corrected, but anyway. THE GOOD STUFF is that Emmer thought and SAID OUT LOUD that they thought I am the SAME AGE AS THEM. I was literally told I look TEN YEARS YOUNGER than I am. Boom ?. Home run ????. Back of the net ?? ?. Going back there again tonight ??

We visited evening of 10th of Feb. I wish I'd got the names of the staff working then. We had a very warm welcome and they struck up a lovely rapport with us. Experiences like this are hard to come by, keep up the great work!

Well I must say this was the best food we've had at a Prezzo in a long time. We are not local to the area but thought we'd try it. The young woman who served us (sorry can't remember her name) was excellent. She was polite and friendly and gave good recommendations. I couldn't decide what to eat and she recommended something which was absolutely delicious. The favours were amazing. Food came quickly and was a good temperature. All meals were thoroughly enjoyed. All in all really pleased with our visit we are just hoping that all other Prezzos we now visit can live up to that standard as we live to far to go back.

Went in on Valentine?s Day- they refused to make anything not on the set menu (I asked for a margarita as I?m a picky vegetarian- bear in mind other pizzas were available) I noticed the set menu was significantly more expensive then the normal menu, and whilst it said student discounts were available in store online, they accepted no vouchers or discounts. Some of the service is fine, but it?s blatant greedy profit seeking, disproportionally expensive, and the food has got much worse over the past few years. Waste of money and time.

Honestly amazing! Super nice people, top quality food: real Italian pizza! Nice waiters, and welcoming boss. Will definitely come back. It?s worth the price, and I?m a picky person.
Kid-friendliness: Many kids were there, waiters were patient and let them take the time they needed to order.

We have just had a delicious meal at Prezzo Exmouth. We took advantage of the special offer of mains for 99p, what a bargain.
Food and service were excellent.
We were welcomed and served by Emmer, who always gives 100% customer service.
Definitely a valued member of staff.

Drinks are extortionate.
Soft furnishings needed upstairs as it is loud can't hear anything.

Visited Prezzo 7th January. Some problem with discount off pizzas. I thought I had got it sorted but management were rushing around and didn't seem to know what they were doing. Bank statement arrived today. Have been charged 3 times no less for the same meal of a couple of pizzas bottle of wine and 2 puddings. 1st payment was £70.25, 2nd payment £91.85. 3rd payment £80.50 which has now been credited. Tried phoning but no answer other than book a table.

We enjoyed an excellent meal, helpful staff who provided us with good service. The food was of a high quality. For the first time I tried gnocchi which was very tasty and satisfying. The goats cheese and roasted pepper my partner had was tasty and filling. We were not offered parmesan with our meal, which we accepted. The only disappointment was there was no sticky toffee pudding left. Instead, I tried a baked cheesecake which was OK.
Have previously ate here and we have always experienced a warm welcome and good if not great service. We ate at lunchtime, so it was quiet.
Vegetarian options: Mushroom pizza

Polite & friendly. Had the beef mezzelune which was lovely but I can?t see on the food list. Partner had the carbonara special.

Just off the Strand with big windows so you can people watch.
Usual extensive Italian menu.
Friendly staff.
Drinks are expensive though - even lemonade comes bottled.
