Disappointed with this store .clothes aren't put out properly .hard to find items you want .staff gossiping that comes across like they are talking about customers.exeter store went the same way .doubt this one will be open for long .shame this store was a great place to go .

A brilliant experience when christmas shopping at the store on 16th December. The staff were amazing, so helpful and efficient. They couldn't do more for me. I was assisted throughout my time in the store with garment choosing and size. A particular pullover I liked was out of stock in my size, but a staff member went online for me, found the size I was looking for and assisted in the online purchase. I received the garment at home the following morning by a Hermes courier, what excellent service! The store has a wide selection of good quality clothing, reasonably priced too, so I will have no hesitation in returning for further purchases in the future. Highly recommended.
